Curiosity has always caused me to at least take a peek down the roads that I don't believe that I have time to travel, but sometimes, as you have reminded here, those side jaunts lead us astray and and away from our focus and our chosen destiny. Give a wave as you motor on by though Ron, I promise I won't stand in your way to your chosen destination. Nice poem!

There are indeed many paths to follow, some to destruction, others to illumination, while others lead to opportunities untapped - and many other paths besides. Paths come in various terrains: we also have many walls to climb, bridges to cross, ditches to leap, and rivers to wade through. The list goes on.

I appreciate this poem since I have a hard time accepting that I can't go down every path. I like the poem's playfulness because that's how I've come to terms with choosing beween them or letting some paths go. And, you ended the poem writing about overflowing love, the essence of it all. Yeah, there are many paths to take, and curiosity provokes many of our decisions to do so. There are also many diversions to be had, and many morons that one deals with in this life, especially in pursuit of our dreams.
It is always good to stop and mull over what we have accomplished, and where we are going, and take the appropriate steps to make good decisions and continue on the right path and in faith.
