Let the good times roll,
this ain't no stroll,
let the good times roll.

You may be hungry, unhappy, and down and out,
but don't you let them, make that 10 count.

Get up, get out, and get on down,
don't you let them see, see you frown.

No job? No car? No house? No spouse?
Don't you let them see you cry, my my.

(Refrain)

It's time to get up and dance,
let them see you prance.

Do something kind, do something nice,
give your fellows some good advice.

Don't let the blues get you down,
track the good times like a hound.

(Refrain)

Remember the child in you,
and don't think twice.

You can still learn from this advice,
so grab yourself a great big slice.

Work is where you make it.
Learning's where you take it.
