Feeling much better after a rough night. Catching up on work.

Poem Artwork

I feel so bad,
yes, I feel so bad.
Ain't the worse day,
that I ever had.

But it's a bad day,
there is no doubt,
I feel like shit,
that's what it's about.

Woke up with a pain,
in my collarbone.
Headache so thick,
legs spasming to roam.

Of course, I stayed home,
and tried to work,
but that headache kept nagging me,
like a jerk.

The jerk in my legs,
turned to pain,
and the turmoil in my head,
became a migraine.

Of course I struggled,
and got this poem out.
A stomach upset's coming,
I have no doubt.

I'll see you next week,
when I feel better.
Back to my old self,
a real go-getter.

Ron, I am more than a bit late with my review. I am truly sorry for the agony you went through. But more importantly, I do hope that you are back to normal and feeling fit. It sounds as though everything hit you at once. Get well and stay well. Love and peace to you, Jon Michael

I can relate my friend, on two fronts. I've had the snots for over 2 weeks, feeling slow and punky but not really bad. But here in Coowater, I got tangled up with my Ozark buddies on Friday night. Late night. Real late night. Head hurting all day Saturday, "what in the Hell was I thinking last night" kind of day. Today's a bit better. I must be getting old. A two day hangover jes' ain't fair. Patrick
