It is a frightening thought. How many are unable to think for themselves these days, being led by the nose by others with suspect motives. I am very suspicious of AI myself, yes they come up with some beautiful images but it is all deception of which we must beware.
Ok, Ron…Now I see your horn-less fawn. This AI is really quite beautiful. The image makes me feel as though the human hand is still able to hold an entity of nature. This then feels like the antidote to our minds becoming obsolete….if we can only hold nature the way this fawn melts into the human hand. ~~ the ‘other’ Diana
Definitely a question worth asking, will AI render our minds obsolete? I am already beginning to see it in my teaching of a freshman composition course at a local university here where nearly ALL students resort to AI to write their papers, even do their brainstorming for them. It's almost impossible to control or deflect. A dismal future indeed where an invisible cyberbot will do everything for us.
