This is an actual occurance that took place 20 years ago, when my son Justin was five. I was thinking of him and how innocent and so inquisitive he was...Well~ he still is...Right Juppy! Smiles!

Poem Artwork

Mommy drove her car today, and I got to sit up front.
And while we drove right pass the church
It made me think this of...
"Does God wear socks?"

Now you might say, " He must be silly!"
but I really want to know!
I guess because it bothers me
to think His feet get cold!

Does God wear socks?
Can anybody answer? You?
The reason that I’m asking
is, I think He has no shoes!

I have a pair of shoes,  you see!
They seem to be too small
Mommy made be wear them
but I think I'm growing tall!

So I was thinking...
If God needs these for both his feet
I'll wrap them in a box
"Does God wear socks?"

Oh out of the mouths of babes, this one is precious and so is his picture. Kimmy he has your eyes a handsom little boy with a heart of a child. Oh that he always keeps that as part of his personality. Could of said he wears sandles but he would of got you there too for they wear socks with sandals. Thank you for sharing this delightful piece of heaven.

Respect & Live,
Joselyn

The bible sure does speak about God in human terms - walking through Eden, chatting with Adam and Eve. The Psalmist has him laughing, Moses speaks of Him stretching out his arm, and Moses himself was only allowed to see God's 'back'. So does he wear socks? If we're describing God in human terms, then I guess so - he also wears a kilt, by the way.
