FAMILIAR
Familiar homunculus, I made you thus, image mine
I choke the fumes, the room resumes a spin, and now…
My additives begin:
“A part of each for teaching.
A planted leaf for reaching”.
And an image upside down of the sought eternal clown
Thorny branch uncrowned.
Spiked to the post of the endless stretching tree root
and ever reaching branch
As martyrs in time do demand.
To do.
The hanged man, is me, ejaculate of he
and flasks of smoking flora, coated aura, ever din
Deep goblin drum.
Humming runt.
A voice stretched string, of tight wound pitch
Vibrating matter states.
Ether, wraiths, and holy rapes.
Savior. Dominion. Broken chain.
“I cast this line for fishing, within revolving salts, of eternal skin.
Asking for myself. Where are you? Where am I?...
Where am I? …Asking again.”
The tragic magic wrong-rites begin
A black dog Friday morning, pick well, as dew, and dreaming spirits feed
Against the sunrise timed razor.
A heartbeat.
Fetus breathing, dull red and delicate, while trickle fed
Sweets and sour sauce.
Shit balls.
Formed in an enclosed circle
Re-directions:
“Milk and honey mixed and thick,
stirred not quick, with hawthorn stick
(Turn heavy pages)
Split the legs of that vile and ever tail eating reptile
To birth and break the cycle snake
Ridiculum infinitum
Ridiculum infinitum
Ridiculum infinitum.”
As above, so they go, and so, flowing down below
Rooted fine in this transparent transplant mind.
I you? You I?
Wise old baby cry.
“Mandrake and sugar waters,
Ever lightly grazed of flame.”
(The white round case of sticky pastes)
“Dark chickens careful protoplasmic egg hole, festered fragile crucible
A clean slate of soft nonscripta
Parchment …
for a life story to be writ.”
Rich shit humus and shaved metals of non-ions, freed
Sprinkled reed of musical me
Moving air across this sea
Sweat and juice from package orbs
Bone pouch, wet marrow, ground fibers as likened to, skin and hair
And born this to thee, yourself
and not of else
Grotesque and refined, no selfish wish to hide
(It is alive, it is a life!)
But dare to look into its refined but cloudy congealed eye
To stare your best worst down?
Its concentration is improved and collapsing like a dark bright star
Black hole knowing.
Thoughts entropic.
Uniform of human suit.
Mockery.
Golem of love and hate, combined as one
Rest and spark the breath of your foul forming arts
Am I still, a-part?
Feed me as reflection
That I am not yet ready for
Tell me more, about this living, hand hewn door
We shall both eat on this moment, body of familiar
Bread of smut.
Friend. Fiend.
Hallucination self realizing.
Ouroboros?
Lavender seed and worm thrown feeds.
While in one phase a March moon turns
A yearning spurns.
Is that you getting carried away?
(Sudden wind flings apart the woven nest.)
The book flutters.
And wicked rest.
Spring time.
Falling.
Fell.
Leg muscles squirm.
To earth.
Runaway into the free deep night.
Singing?
“Father! I have taken you with me!”
I go.
To unearth.
And so I diminish by this decree, and in degree
As the essence of myself, sets itselves free.
“I did love you so!
My motherless son of me!”

Austen, This fine poem deserves a second read. I found myself spellbound as I read your words. Quite intense poetry.
Much peace, love, and light,
