Reflective of resilience, enabling us to resume our original shape after being barred, but never abandoning the course of faith. Resiliency comes from faith's benefit program, when we recognize there is no need to turn away from faith or seek a better alternative, because there is no better alternative. Freedom comes when there is spiritual belief, and when there is spiritual belief, mind scars diminish, but we need to keep faith refreshed, because thorns are ever present. Nice poem, Eileen.

It's up to us to get on the bus that to heavens door does go, He'll take us with our baggage, then toss it out the back, we need nothing but our heart for Him, and nothing will we lack. For His Grace and awesome power, are more than sufficient for thee, and the ticket costs, but, our miserable selves, what a deal! It might as well be free.

Very, very true, we do choose our own prisons all too often because for some it is much easier to be a victim and blame others, than it is to have a shred of personal responsibility. Great.
