Excerpt from investigation, that was thrown out because he asked for a lawyer and didn't get one before he confessed.
JOHN COUEY: I got high on drugs. I went over there and took her out of the house... I walked back into her room.
INVESTIGATOR: What did you say to her?
COUEY: I just told her to come with me and be quiet.
INVESTIGATOR: She walked out of the house with you?
COUEY: Yes, she walked out... and I sexually assaulted her.
INVESTIGATOR: What happened next?
COUEY: I went out there one night and dug a hole and put her in it and buried her.
INVESTIGATOR: Was she dead already?
COUEY: No, she was still alive. I buried her alive, she suffered. I don't know why I did it.
He should be made to bathe his balls in boiling water, and then drawn and quartered in the proper English way. I have no sympathy for legal loopholes and humane punishment.

A twisted, wasted piece of skin like that my Killer Kate character would know exactly what type of punishment to dish out.
The reality being such a piece of scum will be dealt with through karma through many lifetimes until the negative cycle is broken.
Being human I am horrified by such an ugly act and what appears to be totally lawless justice system that such a creep can get away with what he does.
He will be punished! In a more fearful way than man could ever conjure up. She will be raised to life, she will live for eternity.

The judge wants to change the venue because they can't get jurors who are not prejudiced. It's an open and shut case for God's sake. What's wrong with these people.
