Out of the shadows like a flash it came it had no form and it had no name but the scent of death and the voice of doom I couldn't believe it was in my room like spirals of smoke it curled round me wrapped like a cocoon I felt queasy a prick like needles of fear was uneasy had me squirming
an underwater voice said "you're not dreaming" when I heard that I started screaming but there was no sound I began to feel smothered even more tightly bound the voice said," your times up" "Do not fear" That's when I came to life yelled "Get the hell out of here" started to fight my way back struggling to get free from whatever did the attack only to find out it was me
A haunting experience for sure....I had the same nightmare...but Iwringed that cats neck...but just to find out the next day the cat was still alive and it was only a dream!!
My Son told me of just such an awful dream experience, and I know of this kind, which we are tested even in our dream state, but he is there, HE, the Lord, always protecting us...
Your mind playing tricks on you or was it all just a very bad dream, the kind your mind and God's grace saves you from when the worst is near....Sure had me at the edge of my seat!

i don't think so ... if it was, you wouldn't be writing this poem ... perhaps it was your oversoul informing you this is your last cycle on earth ... but then again, what do i know?
I saw in prayer that believers are now under attack in the area of unity. I conveyed this also to another writer today. We are to remain focused on our individual missions and understand this attack for what it is.
An attempt to destroy the strength that the Holy Spirit is moving with now in all areas for enlightenment.
What you describe sounds vaguely familiar to an experience I once had not so long ago, and I am very happy that your spirit fought back and you are here to tell us about it. We are all spirit housed in a body, and the death of that body sets the spirit free... BEWARE!

Powerful..I once lived in a haunted house in Canada..I finally packed my bags when it was plain clear the entities did not like women..The bed shook and we saw a lady in white, it would play tricks on us and had things fly off the tables onto walls right in front of us..We got a meduim in there and she chased off one Native American spirit but the rest came back..I hauled butt!!
