It's Christmas Eve 2025

So much to prepare for
On this Christmas Eve.
I've cooked & cut the ham
Dressing is ready for the bird.
Peas pudding made ahead of time
So our big dinner tomorrow 
Should be a huge success.
We'll start with the stockings
Filled with so many surprises.
With  Apple Cinnamon French Toast
With cream to fill there bellies.
Then it's time to open some gifts,
That Santa has left for each one.
Many family & friends will gather
For the feast I've prepared.
Hopefully they won't be too full
To enjoy the many desserts they'll see
I thought of everything there should be.
Date squares & snowballs, shortbread,
Sugar cookies, Reeses cups & much more.
Cherry cakes, Fruit cakes, Banana cake,
Gingerbread & Gumdrop cake for sure,
Cherry Blossoms , Gingerbread Boys & 
Flavoured  homemade chocolates for all  &
Yes so many candies they adore.
I can see the grandkids as they share smiles
Knowing Santa pleased each of them.
We'll share in many pictures 
For our memories in years to come.
