Authors Note: Of course, all teens do not go through this drastic stage. Some teens are actually a joy -- I personally haven't heard or met any of them -- but, of course, I am only 54 -- so there is still time. The cows and chickens are pumped full of synthetic hormones which affects our children's growth and development. It is a shame "childhood" has been forsaken. Little girls go from diapers to pads to depends. Where is childhood?
Teens with acne and hormonal confusion can be helped with a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, working out with weights or walking and supplementation to provide nutrition that can not be obtained by just diet alone.
