who wants anything more than he wants me . . ." - words that come from deep within, a realization, and truth, like knowing that there is a part of you that is diseased and while it is difficult to decide, you know the you must severe the connection. not to do so would infect the whole and potentially kill the entire being. you also expose the flipside of the coin - i can't give you what you want is often a projection of the speaker... haunting truths difficult to swallow and wonderfully written here.

I agree. It seems like you were saying very eloquently that the fond memories will tug at a broken heart and though still yearning can't be put back together again. Boy, do I relate to this. That fantasy of who you fell in love with and still in love with but he's gone and has been for a long time. Such true words. Let freedom ring. Liz
