Chasing Time
By La Belle Rouge

there was a time,
I do believe, we could have
healed the painful years
and heated into flames
the coldness of lost nights

we could have captured
something we lost
or never possessed

love could have been
more than futile longings
and dreams unlived

there was a time....
but time has passed
and it seems to have
left me much too far behind
to chase after it anymore

Belle, Time does fly by, and if we spend time chasing it we will miss what is.... You deserve way more than chasing anything lost. Walk forward and be happy.
Much peace, love, and light,

Dear, I have a pair of Seven Miles Boots, it will be very sad if you stop the chase, put them on and you will be much near of "it"

My dearest Belle; the heart has no clock and knows no limitations, but like a child in a candy store. ;)

Belle,
Beautifully rendered but you can't ever give up, and knowing your great spirit the little I do I'm sure you never will.

time can become consumed by its own chasing, energised by high hopes and unquenchable dreams. Sometimes what is required is to stop chasing and just let it catch up with you; to stand still and take stock to regather energies and perspectives. I feel this one, Belle; at times we can definitely feel out of sync and out of kilter with life and love; too many steps ahead or way too far behind. Poignant and real as always, Kate xx

Truly believe that some loves were meant to teach us certain lessons and then sadly disappear, unfulfilled. We grieve, and then we accept the loss and move on. Oh how this expresses the desire to want what could have been and finally knowing the possibility is beyond our grasp or control. You express the emotions of love in a way that leaves me envious. Very fine, La Belle...
