They like it when I want to pick up the pen. They are always willing to teach me new forms. They're always nearby whenever I need them. They get excited when my world is transformed.
My best friends are words.
I do not pay them to give me the big head. They don't care if my scribblings aren't gallant. They say I'm the best poet they've ever read. They do not make fun of my lack of talent.

Words are so wonderful and so flexible. Especially in the English language! Great poem!
Well words do offer me friendship as well, but my best friends are all I know, everyone, yes even a pair of special "K" twins in Texas who make me realize all the good things in life are free...Peace, ed & Rufuz
