"THE WAR OF POETRY" (C) Copy written, 13 April, 2005, by Karla Dorman.
In the war of poetry, there are no winners: only tattered remnants of dying Poets amidst the Readers they had hoped to slay with written words of greatness.
In the war of poetry, there are no winners: only dying Readers begging for release from having to read bad meter and rhyme (or, worst of all, none at all).
In the war of poetry, there are no winners: notably the words used as weaponry to shatter the pen and rip apart books - they now lie spent and broken.
In the war of poetry, there are no winners: and God save the King who strikes out the words spoken from the heart of the one who tried to bridge the gap and spread peace.
Married ten years, and more in love than ever, Robert and Marcie have everything to live for. But a terrible secret is breaking Robert's heart: he knows that Marcie is about to die...
A homonymless man writes shows what it's like to look up the laid he skirts when you’re lying prone(d) to the sidewalk, beer / joint / needle dangling from your hand /lips / arm.
