The sea, restless in iron-grey uniform, cringes when he hears the screaming, last minute instructions shouted out by his commanding officer, the approaching storm. The time to strike is now; there is no turning back. The wind at his back drives him up and over the aging defense system and into the city. Despite knowing deep down in his heart that what he is doing is wrong, there is nothing he can do to hold himself in check; any protestations are quickly lost in the hurricane of sound; he invades, but it's not his fault. He is only following orders.
A very unusual take on Nature and the sea, different, but an excellent idea...wish i had thought of it, LOL! (thanks also for your continued support and Happy Holidays to the Special K twins) Ed & Rufuz
Metaphorically, the Coriolis effect, the swirling, spinning eye caused by the rotation of Earth, the collision between two air masses. A combination of Poseidon, the sea God (your commanding officer) and Gaia, the Earth goddess (Under her orders) coming into collision (the invader). A high pressure write, Karla!
Contraband Marriage, traveling along the hemline of loving after incarceration, is a love story written in lyric and free form, set in reality with a different ever after.
