Everyone since his birth carries with him something different which gives pain and/or diconfort, we have to cope with, and those who manage to cope, will understand the various forces in us which try to deviate us from our path. I feel your pain, Karla, literally. I have been suffering with migraines for about 12 yrs. now. It is truly a storm inside the head. Wonderful to read you again!

What a terrible way to spend a day of our lives, in such pain. I hope you never have to endure another one of them Karla. As we get older we realize how numbered our days are, and how much we should enjoy and savor each one. I hope you will!

Karla, do I know how you feel? You bet! I've had migraines since I was about 12 years old. Thankfully, they only come once in a while now, but years ago, very frequently.
