They made us look better
than I thought possible ...

Poem Artwork

They made us look better
than I thought possible.  Our
copy of the program
TV Made Me Do It,
"Weather Junkies" segment,
came in today's mail.  Oh,
Lord.  To open or not
is the question, to watch
or not.  How stupid do
we look??  With the title
of "Weather Junkies," don't
really know - kind of makes
us look like an ... addict ...
or something equally
undesireable!
O, what the hey - only
live once.  Pop DVD
in player - hey, this is
pretty good.  Tells the tale
of a Canadian
storm chaser who predicts
storms, not trusting local
weathermen.  Then there's us,
wanting to run from storms
while he runs towards - can
tell we were nervous.  You have
a camera follow
you THISclose and tell me
you wouldn't be.  Should have
smiled more - we look scared to
death!  (we were!!)  O, look, there
I am, meeting David
Finfrock - there's a smile!  The
show ends with  me doing
the weather - addicted.
Is that really so bad?
Twin stars born, me and sis.  :)

If you have to have an addiction being a weather junkie is a good one. Glad I stopped by. I'm a thunderstorm freak myself.

It was nerve-wracking, but it was well worth it. I love the way you look on tv; I looked and sounded like a little mouse! LOL Very well penned capture of our moment in television posterity! Enjoyed; loved you on channel 5, KXAS, with the green screen! You're my star weathergirl! :)
