Walt your 2nd stanza is really awesome perspectives
& makes perfect sense
It makes me more contect to know I allow my daughter her choices & even in her not so well rounded ones as I cringe she surprises me with her visions....Thanks For The Wonderful Thought Provoking Read
I do see through "Swim Naked" that a child prodigy can also potentially deem to be a curse....

Go for it. I still fish in streams and swim naked in ponds, and I ain't no kid. (And don't tell my wife, but I often pee out back with the dogs, too!)

to make you smile.
Hey, there are people in their 70's still going to colllege! hint-hint

Another child genius BORED, tell sweetly in this expression!This poem *(in your mind) reminds of the movie "The Quiz" I think it was, with Tim? Susan Sarandon's husb. was in it with Meg Ryan, and Eisteen was played by a funny man (also popular) Tim tried to speak Megan's Genius level, it was a fun comedy (if you need one to see) Have you seen it?

Speaks volumes about how society thinks, pushing forward so quickly as able...too bad a child with a mind like can't explore the natural world, no telling what he might have come up just being able to be himself without all that outside influence molding and controlling.

This sounds like the woes of a child genius. Having an adult intelligence trapped in a child's body is so sad. Thinks like skinny dipping and "kid" things are missed out on. You tell of this child's pain well.
