Looking for a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, just be happy with the rainbow and thankfull for it!

Poem Artwork

Nothing is as important as love!

But it’s not a bowl of cherries

Your life, it just don’t flow

Everything, is just so and so

No reason, to come or go

All is watered down

Always have a frown

All good feelings drown

Not often say, here look at me

Dismay at what there is to see

Your feelings trapped not free

If you don’t, no one cares

Fall prey to evil snares

Wrapped up in several layers

You wrap your heart of gold

Protect it from the cold

Not want to be short sold

No love it can receive

Under all that fleece

Despite that warmth’s will freeze

Love is all there is

It’s a mix of pain and bliss

Take it all, or Love, you miss!

Jasmin,

To not love is a lonely existance, indeed. Well done.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

"... Take it all, or Love, you miss!" This is the nuts and bolts of your poem and as clear as a glass of water. Take in love or you miss out on so much of life and its wondrousness.
