Poem Artwork

Thousands little creatures,
With sweet and hollowed features,
Cry, still live and wiggling,
And in the trashcans jiggling,

One on top the other, still live,
So much pain, on one big hive,
Be it bunny, puppy, dog, or cat,
All go in the rendering vat,

Still alive, still twitching, on top another,
No one with their plight does bother,
Just kill, kill, kill, day in, day out,
That’s what it’s all about,

Millions killed now everyday,
In such disgusting way,
Many do the killing,
As long as buyers willing,

Those buyers look the other way,
No pain or suffering can them sway,
To buy their dirty deed,
No cries of help will heed,

Millions of suppliers everywhere,
Their wealth among the wealthy share,
While fleecing little creatures of their skin,
Those crying wiggling in the bin,

Their ill gotten gains of gold,
When those little critters sold,
Dead or alive, no matter what,
To fill their coffers glut,

Those that do admire fur,
Does it not to them occur?
Have caused such suffering in their life,
Such decadence they strife,

Fashion wimps and pimps,
Support these gruesome nymphs,
When their body stripped though bare,
Show a heart, that couldn’t care.

In these days of enlightenment and technical advances we were supposed to be intelligent enough to know that if out there are just 1500 leopards alive, there is no enough skin to go around and stop that barbaric practice (are we still in the stone ages?)
All that are leaning on wear "genuine" wear fake diamonds because the real ones are in a bank-box or the insurance will no cover.

Georg

PS. my soul is not naked, it wears a leotard (fake)

Hearts that don't care - horrendously, mostly a human affliction. Those two adorable critters in your picture have far more heart than many people I know.

What horror I feel reading this, I know it must be exposed, but it is so hard to comprehend such people who do this.

My heart goes out to those little animals who can't defend themselves from the giant hands of the greed. This is true and painful.
