Upon this rock I will build my Church,
We know that Jesus surely spoke these words!
He placed impressions upon my heart,
And this is what I heard!

I'll place a Preacher or this Church,
Asteadfast man after my own heart!
I have groomed him, I tried him, and he'll be ready,
You see, I laid these plans from the very start!

And to prove I knew what I was doing,
Back in time I gave him a wife!
A strong Christian woman anchored in my Father,
Willing to walk upright, along by his side!
