This is refreshing.If we have peace in our lives,then we would be a lot happier and just appreciate everything that we see,hear,touch,and smell.Peace is what makes the world a better place to live.

I have always thought of the ocean and it's soothing sounds of music as magical Amber. When we are down a sure lift is to the beach. Thank you for sharing a great write.

I live near the sea, and when I hear thunder it is like the skies telling me that in a while peace will arrive with rain to wash away from my soul anything that shouldn't be there.

I always find peace at the ocean and forget all my troubles. If I just visit for a day 3 1/2 hr away from my home, I feel better when I come home.

The ocean, sky and sand seem to produce a trinity of energy that revitalizes even the weakest spirit...I think it is time for me to make a trip to the beach as well Amber.

Amber, the ocean renews my soul too and refreshes my being as I'm in the ocean. Many times just walking beside the ocean brings peace and a "stillness" to my being. You've captured a painting of beauty in this piece. A great write.

A beautiful write my friend, it's amazing how we can draw strength from precious Mother Earth, I love to sit by the creek and listen to the water flow over the smooth stones, walk through the mountains beneath the trees, and even just sit down atop a soft bed of pine needles...I know if I lived near the ocean I too would take long walks barefoot in the sand, enjoy the sounds of the waves, and smell the aroma of salt water in the air...I just love nature and can draw strength and often find answers as well as meditate and pray while enjoying His wonderful creation...a very inspiring write, loved it!

There is something absolutely sublime about water--especially the ocean. I have always felt peace when I hear the waves splash against the sand and shore. Your poem indicates that wonderful feeling.
