The quiet stillness of night leaves the mind to venture. Odd how doubts and fears come at this time. It's good to denounce the demons that lurk within and keep them out. Thanks you for sharing.

I think many of us have been where you are with some of the same feelings and misgivings. There is something about the night that can inshroude ones being and pull it under, almost to the depths of obscurity. When those feelings transcend , always look toward the light. Its there and if you reach out , it helps to guide you through . Tomorrow is another day and sometimes the problem doesn't seem quite as bad then. My prayers are with you.....M

Have you ever noticed how just before you're about to

Experience new joys or challenges

Suddenly things just make a U turn, we go through

The biggest challenges

We begin to question ourselves and everything that it�s

Happening in our lives

Negative thoughts beguine to control our minds

My sweet friend remember it is always darkest before the Light

Brilliant write and message, don't open the door to darkness

Modern people are too busy to understand that when dark days come, they should go to the purification place, to meditate and sweat out the bad spirits and dark thoughts until they are no more, instead of letting our spirit to be infected with bad thoughts and grievances eating our bones.
