Approaching The Shaman

Traversing energies
Parallel Universes
Elements of spiritual beings

Mastery of energy and fire as a
medium of transformation
Promoting his ability to heal

Seeing visions,
spreading positivity
and tranquility toward all man kind.

That is what I saw when I
approached the Shaman.
He was in a deep meditation.

An aura of purple and yellow
surrounded his body
transferring his magical energy to all.

I was blessed to witness this event
my eyes were fixated on his face
there was a glow that radiated from him.

I quietly sat crossed legged
absorbing his energy
as he chanted unknown words.

I began to go into a deep meditation
and within moments
I was transported into his world.

It was a dry acrid place
no water, only flat land
filled with the whitest sand I had ever seen.

His outstretched hand took mine
and he embraced me tenderly.
I could smell his essence.

It was a scent unlike any other
that indelibly filled my memory banks
for future reference.

We walked for miles
and came upon his village
we were greeted by everyone.

"My People, this is our Shaman Queen"
I was astounded, but smiled and said,
"Blessings and peace be with all."

I was actually caught off guard
and never in my wildest dreams
thought he would choose me.

I had been training my whole life
to be there at that very moment.
