Can’t be less than I am All dreams with no plans An old man with faithless hope Taking life all in vein Only memories remain Life sucks out here on the ropes Regrets fuel the pain Guilt fuels endless shame Sins fingers wrapped round my throat What was I thinking of? When I gave up on love Impossible now too to cope If you know where I am Please reach out your hand I’m drowning can’t stay afloat Or best that I slip away From life’s bitter fray Close my eyes, my heart, my hope …… Can’t be less than I am All dreams with no plans An old man with faithless hope

Not all dreams are guaranteed
to be granted
for dreams vary in demands
to become true
