Naked now before the mirror Image strange standing there Staring eyes so full of fear Shapeless body reflects the core Gravity pushing flesh to floor Is this a body once adored? In horror taking in the view A vow is made, must renew Through teary eyes bidding ado To fat and wrinkles, misery too Now to the treadmill lickety-split An hour a day should do the trick And soon a body reflecting fit
