Kendall Brea my Grandbaby was born 10-27-09 at 5:23pm, weight 8lbs 4oz..she has lots of black hair of ringlets, My daughter Jessie, her husband Tom and Kendall's big sister Camryn (age 2) are all doing great:) such a Blessing!
She Shines Beneath a moon of fullness,
where darkness shown day and night,
she laid for a month times nine,
developed and protected in water's pool
Upper lashes kissed her lower
as she miraculously tunneled her way,
that led her through an open passage,
into the arms of love's embrace
She took her very first breath,
and was greeted by the sun,
that paled in comparison to this baby,
whom shines both night and day
Just today, I held a newborn baby, a miracle to behold. When the wee one is your own flesh and blood, the joy is beyond belief. Congratulations to the whole family. Lucky baby, having her own loving grandma to cherish her.

SHEER BRILLIANCE!!! :)) I wrote a poem about a new-born under this title some while back, Christine, and I love the way that each unique miracle of birth is captured UNIQUELY in the hearts and minds of those most affected by it. What a coming out poem for little Kendall Brea / This needs to go into her first book of remembrances, and I have no doubt that is where it will wind up. Congratulations to the mother and father and to the grandparents on both sides . . .
