Forever in Bloom
A blooming flower of one hundred years,
will be buried on her 101st birthday,
many seeds, she had spread with love,
will flourish in gardens, where memories play
Upon a heavenly radiance she shall illuminate the verse of her life, where her warmth shall be remembered throughout eternity, for within her extended family, she will continue to germinate generations after her passing.

Christine your beautiful words I am sure are like a kiss from back home to your Aunt Flossie in her new home in the heavens. I know from what you have said that she lived a full and wonderful life and touched the hearts of many...what better legacy can someone leave behind as to know that. They say we can not pick the time of our deaths but I think to live to be see a century go past and still have the wonderful fortune to be able to still have the ability to smile and say goodbye to those we care about most is truly wonderful. My heart goes out to you, your Mother and the rest of your family but I know that she will live on forever in your hearts and in your memories....
