Let it go,
In the end you will come to realize
It is you who chose to keep hurting yourself
by feeding these thoughts that brought you down
thoughts created only by you

Let go
especially when it comes to letting go of the
privilege of pleasuring oneself in the college of self-pity

Let it run
especially when it makes no sense
that the master and the slave are but one and the same person

Let go
especially when it hurts so bad to hurt that bad
let it go

Let it Go!

I love the poem, the message, and Georg's comment. :~) I remember about a year ago when someone in church spoke and made the comment that the only thing that is really ever gained by trying to fix the past in your mind is pain and suffering as you relive the hurt. It was one of those epiphanies in my life where suddenly the truth of what was being said shone with clarity...
