it came to me outside of Vegas awakened by songbirds at dawn I scribbled it down this nursery rhyme and at that time I didn’t know why my soul had delivered it to me there were no children around yet there would be in the days to come a two year old girl north of Reno and Sophia who’s three in Sacramento Sophia took me to the park one day her intuition sharp as a tack she headed straight for the swings and I felt I was watching myself she posed for this picture with her sweet little grin and I thought this song was for her but perhaps it really was something more a song for you and me and everyone

I love myself from the inside out I love myself and all that I am from the top of my head to the souls of my feet I love myself from the inside out my hair my face my nose my teeth I love myself from the inside out my eyes my ears my chin my throat I love myself from the inside out my brain my lungs my heart my blood I love myself from the inside out my atoms my cells my tissue my muscles I love myself from the inside out my thoughts my dreams my soul my life I love myself and all that I am I love myself from the inside out

Wow- this is truly amazzzzzzzzzing, I'm not just blowing air/fan up your skirt. WE write similiar, you can take an experience, listen within and a poem or writing appears out of midair. This is Precious, as your Inspiration is in the pict. She is so sweet and innocent looking -just having fun.... and she inspired you. The words to the song, if you never wrote them- May have disappeared for ever and day.
