High heart

it is there below the throat
yet above the chest
floating within your
light bodied being

radiant, intelligent
a pure matrix of expression
can you feel it?
With each breath

earth upon the horizontal axis
the sun upon the vertical

it is not the mind
the mind has been distorted
confused too long in misguided thought

it is not the heart
the heart has been jaded
abandoned and disrupted in human suffering

it is located in the high heart
the activation portal
the rising breath runs through it
do you feel it now? radiating golden energy

breathe into you  the vertical light
expel this breath through the high heart
upon the horizontal earthly plane
activate and awaken
this amazing sensation wearing your essence

you are... integration enmeshed upon imagination
