How silly you can be at times…
I see you seemingly everywhere.
You sit and look at me,
as if a steady look will suffice.
You think I can read your mind.
Now, wouldn’t that be so nice?!
You lay around, with a content look.
You act as if you have nothing else to do.
I laugh at your funny personality traits.
Sometimes, I think you laugh at me too.
I think back on each prank you’ve pulled.
What goes on inside that handsome head?
Do you think about these things you do?
Don’t tell me, the answer to that I dread.
No, ~sigh~ I guess I better get used to it.
We have been together over nine years.
I figure that the day you came in my life was good.
So stop giving me those catly sneers.

My cat Seashore stuck with my by my side all day yesterday. It is if she knew it was my birthday and I had to celebrate it without our Tom, my hubby and here daddy. now today she is going her own way again. Cats do sense a need in you when you are sort of sad. They try to be your ever loving friend always though.
