Random thoughts after a long drive.

Discoveries One Too much work hurts us In spirit, body, and soul. Play a while each day. Two No choice offered me In my home, my daily life Brews bitterness. Three Amplify beauty Multiply joy and goodness Harmony returns.

I, too, have discovered the wisdom on your words, Eileen. On my busiest days, I can take time for coffee with my dear husband, chat with one of my daughters about small (but significant) details of their young lives, and jump on the 4 wheeler behind my best friend (who happens to be my husband) and take off for a quick ride through the woods. "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy," I once heard. The same goes for Jill. :-)

Sounds like a great game plan...all too often people take life far too seriously and only realize what they were missing when it's too late.
