I asked you what was wrong
you told me nothing
but I could look deep
within your soul and see
the pain you're keeping
inside
I want to make it all right
return the laughter to your eyes
but you've built this wall between us
and I don't know how to climb it
so I stand aside
lost and confused
needing you to complete me
It's hard to lay my pride aside
trying to be that strong woman
but it's all I can do to keep
you loving me
You restore my joy
you complete me totally.
