Daddy?

Daddy? Daddy, can you hear my cries, see the tears that stream down my stained anguish face? Daddy, can you feel the sorrow of my heart that yearns for you, tied in knots, hanging on a thread? Daddy, would you ever know that I love you regardless of your absence in my life? Daddy, where are you, did you forget that I am your child, and that I need you? Daddy? Daddy? Hush mommy don�t cry, I will sing you a lullaby, you know, the one you sing to me when I cry for my daddy. Copyright 2002 Tracey L. Hardie

little girl eyes
and daddy cries
takes me to a place
