Hated Times

The clock ticked silently, time slipped away unnoticed. Unheard words touched within, silently tears cascaded. I knew the truth of your heart, I felt the burden of your pain. The clock continued to tick, moments passed into days. Unsure of which direction to go I stood alone frozen in time. I knew destiny called my name.
