My Way or Yours

I watched you build
walls within your castle,
that closed the door
between your world and mine.

I waited for the tides of love
to wash away your efforts.
You were smarter than I thought,
for the tides never reached
boundaries of your kingdom.

I knew only one other way to reach you
with hope that you would forgive me,
when I destroyed your world
with the bulldozer of my love.

Can you hear my engine roar?

(I will free you with my love!)
