I'm the colors of the rainbow.. Each day different Never the same....

Today I'm the color red Blooming as a velvet rose Soft as an angels kiss Full of love And wonder Opening my petals to Allow the sun in Soaking loves rays as A mirror to my soul Yesterday I was the color blue Curled up in my own corner Letting no one in Sad and alone Building walls to Protect myself Against the pain Tears flowing Hiding from life itself Tomorrow I may be the color purple Royal and majestic as The morning glory reaches For the sun The dew glistening On soft petals Reflecting the beauty Around me God's exquisite decoration � Linda Hill 2003

An excellent and artfully done addition to the challenge, Linda, and a wonderful philosophical insight behind this write! It's so true, we change our colors daily, sometimes hourly, one color often seems so inadequate. Very well done!
