Poem Artwork

Life is but a vapor
That we cannot see
Darkness and pain
Overwhelm me
I try not to feel
I try not to cry
I'm like a sparrow with a broken wing
Whos forgotten how
To fly

I wish I were a statue
With stone for a heart
Eyes that shed no tears
No pain can start
I wish I was in a world
Where dreams never die
I'm like a sparrow with a broken wing
Whos forgotten how
To fly

Lovely again Linda. I find flying quite easy, it's the landing that causes all the problems.
