I'm writing this as a request from Sherra Edwards. Her boyfriends brother, Michael Jason Denmark was walking on the lefthand side of the road on Hwy. 27, in Perry Florida. He saw that a hitchhiker was in danger on the other side of the highway. He ventured out in incoming traffic in order to save the hitchhikers life, but he was hit by a car as he crossed over, killing him. He was only 21. He left behind a Mom: Julie...A dad: Bruce Two brothers: Robert and Chris A Sister: Victoria
He loved the color black and playing basketball. This young man died trying to save anothers life. In my opinion that makes Michael Jason Denmark a hero.

wonderful tribute to a man who died while trying to save the life of another. so sad he died, but in my eyes, he is a hero!
