She came from beyond Certain means Taking 'life one day at a time' She had no one...'cept' me We became steadfast friends Super-glued together Most thought we were sisters Some believed we were lovers The truth was we were very close We loved each other...but Never had each other Not that it was never discussed It could happen...but for now We enjoy each other's friendship Company and camaraderie Fate has its own plans. .. ...

Loved the title...and it's certainly true! Who knows? The basis for a strong relationship has to be friendship...because ultimately the lust will fade...but the friendship will always be there....
