She was your mother
The first woman
You interacted with
The one-
Who showed love
Taught you
Along the way
What love was. .. ...

Deborah** how exquisite is this!! (Wonderful find of an example of 'tenderness,' the illustrative Picasso. But honestly, your words are even more expressive than Picasso's sketch in conveying how far-reaching is that tenderness). ~~ Diana

She sure did...she wasn't perfect, but then what Mother is??? She loved me and her love was something I could always fall back on....Nicely done, Deborah.

Heartfelt, remarkable poem, a remainder of...
...what it means to be a Mother in this world...the first woman
in everybody's life...a sacred job of being the first special
friend...if not for Her we would not exist...She is the first
to wipe our nose...teach to solve our problems and survive
in this wild world...have respect for woman...mother...
...not easy job...work never done. Grateful for Her.
Love you forever Mum!

Hah! My mother doesn't live up to your thoughts. It was only a couple of years ago that I forgave her, but I will never forget until I close my eyes for the last time.

Love ya!

In my case, the first woman who interacted with me and I lived with her for the first 7 years was my grandmother. I have received a lot of love from her, and then my mother, and she taught me love.
