Here comes the rain, again, and I love it! You are so right. People who complain about the rain have other agendas--axes--to grind. Especially like the ending. No one can curse a rainbow!

A thunderbolt of a write which packs a punch enough to make one's teeth rattle, like storm-battered window panes. A good message for those of us who need to hear it - sometimes only a good shaking will cause such messages to be heard when we have become so self-absorbed. Resentment becomes a bitter-root which not only spoils relationship but spoils and damages ourselves far worse. A wonderful write, Sherry, with a masterful conclusion which brings out the sun! Don’t blame the rain

If not for the rain,

And it’s dance with the sun,

We would know nothing of rainbows.

I for one love the rain.. Ahhh and nothing like a windy day..
This is a fantastic write EVERYONE will relate to.
It rings true .. We do like to blame.
Good thing I like the rain.. I live in Florida and we have received more than our share..
Thanks for the concern you posted earlier.. All is fine... As life goes.

Sherry, There's great knowledge in this piece. It's human nature to blame our lousy day on anything but ourselves. We spend so much precious time pointing our fingers, elsewhere, that we don't stop to realize all the time we are spending could be spent changing the way things are going in our lives.
I truly did enjoy this wholesome piece of your heart.
