'was intense for awhile'

Started off great like a Catis Eye
Was hoping to receive an Aggie
at the finish line; instead, there
was a lot of Fudging on her part.

Needless to say there was a lot
of Hunching on my part, due to
the fact that she kept me in the
dark - why wouldn't she play?

The Handspan of this whole
thing was short-lived, but was
intense for awhile; sharing
soon became one-sided.

You see, what was Lagging
was her failure to recognize
It was though I never existed
All she did was Snooger me.

So in the end I picked-up all my
Marbles because she didn't want
to Taw (the) Line - there was no
way she was playing for Keepsies!
