FANTASTIC IMAGERY HERE, INDEED...THE PEACE...CAN BE FELT! EVEN IF ONLY FOR A VERY SHORT TIME 'THE VOYAGE' IS WORTH IT. ENJOYED, THANK YOU. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...HIS+INSPIRATIONS
Vivid and unique, Regis. The power of suggestion becomes reality. A definite dream-like quality to this poetic offering. Always wonderful to read your work!

The title is a very powerful title and the words i feel could have been expressed more deeper within your soul. This was still a great write but the picture gave me an idea of an escape that I think about quite often.
always appreciate your word choice, regis, you always seem to pick the right words to convey very clear imagery. love the classic tone to this, it falls well within the parameters that i consider true, poetic expression.
Love it, too~!! Plus you chose the perfect illustration.
Simply stunning. Love & Peace, da Pea ~ PS: Right on

I like this one very much Regis... I have a collection of model boats and they always evoke the soothing image and sound of the sea when I look at them. Your poem returns me to that seafaring escapism!
Dear Regis,

This is beautiful, Regis. Your creative vision is on fire.
As an old sailor and a passionate lover this poem seemed to be one I could call my own. I felt the wind in the rigging, the brine on my hands and her lips tasting salty on mine. This was special Regis, you outdone yourself.

Ah, yes, Regis, but we all are somewhat imprisoned in that mythical bottle, are we not? Good metaphors. Good wordage. Good stuff.
Wow! Hasn't some trinket or object set us all off like that!! I love the way you wait to tell us it's a ship in abottle. At first I thought it was a memory or a place where you could see an actual ship out there. Nice, nice job. You ever thought of publishing beyond AD. There are some neat ezines you might try.
