Udder Nonsense

Moo

A cow is mooing
A dove is cooing
It is milking time

No time to be cool
Grab yourself a stool
Milking time makes rhyme

Just you knead those teats
Promise her some treats
Then send me some tweets

Separate the cream
It is like a dream
Turns into butter
Makes your heart flutter

When you’re on Twitter
Amidst the glitter
Don’t you be bitter
With your babysitter

Clear the clutter
Stop your mutter
Clean your gutter

Papa says it’s late
Eat what’s on your plate

Time to go to bed
That’s what Mama said

Hold on to that thought
Or you will have nought
A thought can’t be bought

I’ll go give Alice
This golden chalice
She’ll give me a kiss
That will be such bliss

While I’m on the phone
Give this dog a bone
Or an ice cream cone

Look out to the west
I will do my best
To help with your quest

When a star appears
Let’s allay our fears
And have a few beers

Look out to the east
They’re having a feast
Honouring a beast

They have lost their minds
But it takes all kinds
Just toss them some rinds

I am no loudmouth
Down here in the south
I just shut my mouth

When I was up north
It was on the fourth
I came forth henceforth

And when I got here
I’ll tell you my dear
That’s when I felt fear

For a cow was mooing
And a dove was cooing
And the crowd was booing

I made no pretense
I sat on the fence
In udder nonsense

Moo

Your poem was an udder delight. A joke for the ladies: Do you know why a cow has such sad eyes? Well, if you had your tits puled on twice a day and only screwed once a year, you'd look sad too.
