The public media-spanking that white comedian Michael Richards is currently receiving, for his use of the “n-word” during a recent stage performance, illustrates that we all still have a long way to go toward balancing race relations in the U.S. and the world. The pervasive use of the “n-word” throughout segments of American culture, including African-American culture, makes it clear that accountability for it lies beyond any single individual. i truly understand both sides of this arguement the word has many, many faces

It's either religious bias or caste system bias, or any bias is too much for someone like me who needs harmony. I never use bias in anything I do or even think...to myself.
The worst bias is the hypocrit. They just hate everyone and then try to convince other's they don't. This applies to politicians, religious leaders etc. If we didn't listen and instead stayed attuned to our own convictions then not only would we be happier all around us would be happiness. That's IF we associate ourselves with others who seek harmony too.
There has been porgress but the walk is still long.
