Frankly one has to admit that the last few days have been stinkers, with all sorts of buiness problems occupying my mind. In truth i have been rather self absorbed;Today broke that mood, the tragic New Zealand earthquake was beamed onto our TV screens, a city i know well and stirred me from my self analysis and pity.
A much more welcome distraction was a trip with my son Matthew to help him deliver newspapers, he always makes me laugh and tonight was no different, except it underscored yet again the need for us to take a wider view of life. It is precious and we should drink up every second we have available to us.
