I am of the firm belief that we continually learn lessons in our lives. Yesterday I purchased a new lawn mower and today I set about the task of assembling it..Within 5 minutes I was on the wrong track,. fixing part a to part c when it should have been b. Along comes my 17 yearsold son, sees the problem immediately put it all together in about five minutes flat, totally humillating me!!!

It proves what I had always known in my heart , i am totally useless in doing anything practical and should stick to what I do best, working with people and perhaps do a little bit of writing.

It has only took me 58 years to learn this hard lesson .
